Typically you will set the Administrative user group to Yes.
How to use:
1) Click visitor tab.
2) Click Conversation search plus link.

- Search by keywords.
- Search by title or message.
- Search by username.
- Display latest conversations.
- Delete conversations.
- View and download attachments.
- All phrases start with conversationsearchplus_ for your convenience.
- Download Andy-ConversationSearchPlus-1.3.zip and unzip it.
- Copy the src/addons/Andy/ConversationSearchPlus directory to your server.
- From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.
