[Andy] Show Deleted

Show a list of soft deleted posts and threads and provides option to hard-delete them.

Features:

• One click option to hard-delete all soft deleted post or threads.
• Option to undelete content by username.
• Option to Limit number of posts or threads to delete at one time.

Installation:

1. Download Andy-ShowDeleted-2.1.zip and unzip it.
2. Copy the src/addons/Andy/ShowDeleted directory to your server.
3. From the Admin...

Added "Undelete content by username" link to show deleted page.

Fixed issue with sorting results. Will now sort descending by date and content ID.

Fixed issue with variable name which prevented multiple deletions.
