Plugin Conversation Improvements by Xon 2.2.1

• Require XF2.1+, remove XF2.0 support

2.0.5 - Bugfix update

• Fix that the conversation starter was not included into the allowed list of users when searching for conversations.
  • Will need to rebuild the search index for Conversations and Conversation Messages.

• Fix search breaking when a user could see all forums, and setting content weighting was set to 0 to exclude that content type from search
• Setting content weighting to 0 now excludes a content type for all sort orders, not just relevency
